- Personal details of customer such as name, contact number and address only are to be revealed to postal service company upon arrangement of shipping or delivery.

- Standard shipping will take 1-5 business days. Shipping fee may vary depending on shipping address. Any changes of delivery details, kindly keep us informed at least 24 hours prior to the handover of order to postal service. Shipping fee will be reimposed in the event of rescheduling of delivery.

- Standard shipping may take additional time during holidays and unforeseen circumstances such as high volume of shipments during lockdown.

- Same day delivery service by Grab, Lalamove or Mr Speedy is available in Klang Valley.
