All products are handcrafted by own team. We handpick premium preserved and dried flowers. Product images shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour and shape.
Our products are packaged in a highly protective condition. All orders will be thoroughly checked before the handover to postal service. In the rare case that product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours upon receipt of order and provide us with pictures of external packaging and the actual damaged product.
We will look into it and compensate according to the extent of damage.
